The entrance of the Waihu of the Tong Sin trail is located next to the Waihu bus station. Due to the steep terrain, it is mainly a wooden plank road. It cuts down into the valley where you can see the Tong Sin falls and Lianzhu pool. Then you can take the granite trail to the Neihu Tong Sin rest station (i.e. beside Neihu bus station).
